Welcome to the website (the “Site”)  of Sayspring, Inc. (“Sayspring”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”). Sayspring is a platform that helps designers (“you” or “your”) plan and develop voice-driven prototype applications and products (the “Sayspring Services”). This Privacy Policy sets forth Sayspring’s policy with respect to the information collected from visitors and users of the Sayspring Services.

Information We Collect:

When you interact with us through the Services, we may collect Personal Data and other information from you, as further described below:

Personal Data That You Provide Through the Site: We collect information that, alone or in combination could be used to identify you (“Personal Data”) from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as when you contact us with inquiries, respond to one of our surveys, register for access to the Sayspring Services or use certain Sayspring Services. For example, in order to register for an account, we collect your name and email address. Wherever we collect Personal Data we make an effort to provide a link to this Privacy Policy.

By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data to our Services, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of Sayspring and the authorized third parties referred to herein located in the United States.

Aggregated Personal Data: We may aggregate data, including Personal Data, and use such aggregated data for any purpose. This aggregate information does not identify you personally.

In operating our Services, we and third parties that provide certain functionality to the Sayspring Services may use a technology called “cookies.” A cookie is a piece of information that the computer that hosts our Services gives to your browser when you access the Site. Do Not Track Disclosure:

Do Not Track is a privacy preference that users can set in their web browsers. When a user turns on the Do Not Track signal, the browser sends a message to websites requesting them not to track the user. At this time, we honor Do Not Track browser settings or signals and we do not track you, plant cookies or use interest based advertising when a Do Not Track browser mechanism is in place.   • provide the Sayspring Services;
  • send you emails or newsletters that you signed up for;
  • analyze trends about voice requests and responses
  • improve the Sayspring Services; and

Sayspring and its affiliates may use this information to contact you in the future to tell you about services we believe will be of interest to you. If we do so, each promotional communication we send you will contain instructions permitting you to “opt-out” of receiving future promotional information. Our Disclosure of Your Personal Data and Other Information:

We may share your Personal Data with certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below:

Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of company assets, or transition of service to another provider, your information may be transferred to a successor or affiliate alone or as part of that transaction along with other assets.

Vendors and Service Providers: We engage third party vendors and service providers to perform certain functions on our behalf.

Legal Requirements: Sayspring may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of Sayspring, (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Site or the public, or (iv) protect against legal liability.

Children:

Sayspring does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13.  If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to Sayspring through this Site, please contact us at info@sayspring.com and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

Third Party Voice Enabled Services:

This Privacy Policy governs how we collect information from visitors to our Site and app designers who have created accounts to use our Services to build their apps. It does not govern how these app designers use the information collected and received through the voice enabled applications and services (“Third Party Voice Services”) they design. When you elect to access and use Third Party Voice Services, you will be sharing your information (which may include Personal Data if you elect to share such information) with those Third Party Voice Services. The information you share with Third Party Voice Services will be governed by the privacy policies and terms of service of the providers of the Third Party Voice Services and not by the policies and procedures we describe here. The manner in which Third Party Voice Services use, store and disclose your information is governed by the policies of the applicable Third Party Voice Services provider, and, as a result, Sayspring shall not have any liability or responsibility for the privacy practices or other actions of the Third Party Voice Services that may be enabled within and/or otherwise accessible through our Services.

Security:

We take reasonable steps to protect the Personal Data provided via the Services from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be fully secure and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you provide to us. We do not accept liability for unintentional disclosure.
